so I think I am feeling my little child moving around it is the oddest feeling ever.... but it excites me everytime I feel it because it makes me feel more like a mom rather than just getting sick and throwing up. it kinda feels like fizzy soda in my belly and a tiny ball rolling around.. My doctor has said that I shouldnt be feeling this but I know its not heart burn gas or indigestion cause I felt them before... If it is the baby then I have quite the mover on my hands.... |

Since my last post ions ago..... I got a new job working with preschoolers with autism.... set a wedding date and managed to get pregnant as well....
My wedding date is July 1, 2007 and if you would like to come send addresses to my email or on here and I can give you more details on place etc...
also my due date for my little tyrant of joy is nov 22.... on turkey day.. hopefully chris can come home for the birth but who knows with the army they may just decide to keep him in iraq...but we can all pray that he can come home for the joyous event... I also do not know what I am having yet and if you want to know ask after june 26.... |

Havent posted in quite some time..... Work and school have been eating up most of my time as well as spending time with the fiance the past few weeks....
Good news is that in the next few weeks ill actually have a somewhat normal work schedule... I just got hired at stepping stones learning center as a para- educator... meaning that I will be working one on one with students ages 3-5 that have autism or a developmental disability in a classroom. Im super excited to finally get a job in my field of work and its also a place where I can move up into a teacher position which is great.. By April I will have off most weekends and I am free at night now after four unless I have class so if anyone wants to hang out give me a call on the cell. |

for the past few weeks I have been through what I call alot.....
having the fiance home for 30 days which was great but then having him leave took a toll on me
starting grad school...in the middle of him being home
now I would like to move out from home because the drive to and from work is super long as well as the drive to school and I just would like to live with a friend before I dive into marriage life and also I need the support of a friend at this time or some kind of support in which I am not necessarily getting at home....
having a fiance or even boyfriend long distance is hard and every time I see him it gets even harder cause I know I can only be with him for a certain amount of time and then hes gone and all I have is the phone or internet contact and even that contact can be ruined.....his puter croaked when he was home so bye bye internet....I ran up my cell phone so bye bye cell phone for the most part...we can talk on the house phone when im home and hes free which has kinda worked out... Im hopefully going to visit him in germany for xmas/new yrs which will be nice if all goes well.... if not i probably wont get to see him until as early as may which will be hard...2 and a half months was hard enough i couldnt imagine 8-9 months...
I am at a point in my life where things arent going the way I had hoped they would.... I wish I had a teaching job right now, but unless I decide to move away from rochester I dont see a job happening anytime soon... I wanted to be out of my parents house but still am not because of school, car and lack of teaching job... Now that I am engaged I would have hoped to be living with my fiance but cant because he is in germany in the army serving our country..im sure there are people in the same situation as me and part of me to just get away from it all would get married asap and live in germany and go to school there... just to feel like I belong or am loved.... I have tons more that I should get off my chest but I really need to sleep so I can go to school and work |

Many people know some of the information i am about to say.... but so much has happened since I last wrote in here...
I got engaged to Christopher.... yeah who woulda thunk Jackie would get engaged...Im excited but also a little scared because he is in the U.S. Army and is currently in Iraq...but he calls cause he knows im easily worried..
The Wedding wont be until 2008 or thereafter because of his deployment and me wantign to make sure we can handle each other living together...
I am getting a new car on wednesday so no more beast or lego car or whatever my old car was called... Its purple and has three doors..
I am also starting my masters at NAZARETH College....
Thats about it other than my job but everyone knows I work for the ARC and enjoy it for the most part.... |

Well since I have graduated from Keuka I have been looking for a job....its hard to find one in my field because I am not fully certified as a teacher yet but hopefully will be by marchish....only one more test to take until I am fully Teacher Jackie as chibi calls me....its a cute nickname and I like it
So in looking for a job it was hard to find one because being a college graduate walmart thinks your over qualified.....one of my friends was turned down from walmart that had just graduated and is in the same boat as I am with the ceritification. So I decided to apply to be a sub in a few districts hoping I would get called....nope havent been called once since december....so i decided to apply to a few places that relate to my field....so I applied to the Mary Cariola Children's center as a Teachers Aide 2...which is higher than a teachers aide and when the teacher isnt there id step in and teach...I thought it was a pretty cool job but i didnt get the job.....probably because they knew once i was certified i would leave the job.... SO i applied to the ARC of monroe for part time at night.....this is a super nice place if looking for employment in a special education field/working with people with special needs...the interview was really good and the lady was really nice and willing to help get me in..
SO in the next few weeks i will be training to work there and do all the necessary paper work and since i never get called to sub i decided to take a full time position working mostly nights which allows me to still sub and interview for other teaching jobs once im certified......
The best part about the job is that the residence i will be working in is a jewish environment......I get to attend jewish events and learn how to keep kosher cause you all know i have no clue how to...
My plan net is to just save my money like crazy so i can get a better car.....hopefully by summer i can get one....mines still good but getting old and I need a sexy teacher car......im planning on selling mine to get something for it...
if anyone wants to do anything this weekend im game just call my cell for plans

Well up until friday i was busting my ass off working 2 jobs, it wasnt too bad i actually enjoyed both jobs. One is retail part time and the other that i got laid off from was factory work and it was tons of fun. Other than getting laid off my car has been a royal pain in the tush.......
heres the long list of all it has done in a month
-stolen hubcap so had to buy new ones
-gas syphoned from my tank so had to get a handy dandy lock
- roof leak not so much fun when you have ot sit on a table cloth so your butt isnt soaked so me and dad had to silicone the roof so it wont leak and i refabriked the roof... it now looks pimp maybe it will start a trend.
- and my muffler has a few holes in it once again
time for a new car....... i think not
so for the next few weeks before school i have some free time minus the part time job hours and possibly applying for grad school for january...

So I decided to buy an ipod because its small and I can use it at work and it works in the car with a neat little attachment thing called an itrip. It will probably be the only thing I buy for myself all summer since my mom thinks I need to save money for grad school and what not.
I ordered it off of the apple website and got a discount because im a student which was cool..... all apple products have a discount under the discount...so if your thinking of getting an ipod or an apple product see if your school is listed.
hopefully I will get it in a few days I even got it engraved to be a dork because it was free. |

This week I started my summer job, so far its alot of fun and theres no stress lol...... I am working in a factory on Shift B aka 330pm-12am. Sounds bad but really isnt i get breaks at 5, 7 and 9 and am usually done at 1130 but have to stay until 12. My cousin Jess and her friend Adam aka foamy works with me and we have fun pacakging all types of fax machine stuff.
We also work with a whole bunchof different people ranging from vietnamese to macedonian and russian. I have one macedonian lady names liljiana and she calls me partner and we have alot of fun. But the past few nights i havent been teamed with her
Tonight i got to work with mean old lady she reminds me of the surly women at Jays and I was quiet and did my job so i wouldnt piss her off. Tomorrow I may try assembly which should be fun and interesting, it will be a change from packaging stuff, especially diaper packaging, which is putting a card board "diaper" on a fax machine ribbon, not fun unless u like paper cuts.

On tuesday I went home to switch cars so I could move out of Keuka by myself so that my parents don't have to come up here becuase it will be busy so I figure go home and take van. Well the van drives like crap more or less the whole ride feels like your driving a helicopter, its on its way out.
Well on tuesday little brother got his license so since tuesday he has had my car, no big deal.
So I call home today and I told my mom I want my car back when I go home because the van just isnt going to do because it drives relaly crappy. She said basicall I have to deal with it because my little brother needs a car.......I told her he could drive the van because that is what I drove..... If I get stuck driving the van all summer I am going to try and trade it in for a new car...... |

Our room is fricken huge bigger thaN last years for all that visited me....and we have figured out a set up that will rock...basicaLLY a little apartment in a room we will have our separate areas, a livingroom, and a kitchen area.
We are also conveniently next to the bathroom lol if we really need to go through the wall we go just like the koolaid man -----OH YEAH.

Since I really have not updated this in forever I thought that a good way to do so is to tell people what happens when people get bored at keuka.....
First of all my hamster is very bored here and she plans a new escape just about everyday and succeeds 1 out of 7 days in a week.
~found her all 3 times she has escaped though....first time thought she was dead because she was out for a couple days over the weekend....
~recently found her in hamper maybe she was hoping she would get out of here lol
